Bureau of Indian Affairs Realty employees are the key staff involved in the management of the Acquisition and Disposal function which involves negotiated sales, gift exchanges, purchases, land exchanges, partitionment and consolidation of tribal and individual land interests.
Applications & Forms
If you wish to sell all or part of your interest in trust property, please use the Sale Application. This form can also be used if you wish to purchase other co-owners shares.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are applying to sell your property and it contains a home/dwelling/structure, the Supplemental Information Form is required.
If you wish to GIFT CONVEY all or part of your interest in trust property, please use the GIFT Application.
If you wish to EXCHANGE all or part of your interest in trust property for a different piece of trust land, please call and schedule an appointment due to the lengthy application process.
